Day 18 - Montreal

Thanks to those noisy trains we were able to get an early start on our drive to Montreal. It was a days drive, and much of it looked kind of like this:








1km is approx .6 miles so when the signs says montreal: 300km, and you're used to that number in miles, you're there before you know it.








The French music festival was going on downtown, so we made it a point to get over there during our walk and practice our French.

Not many pictures unfortunately but a good first impression of the city.

This was our room at the university of Montreal dormatory. They apparently use it in the summer as a kind of hotel. Good value!
